In the part, this used to be a flourishing elegant hotel that welcomed commercial traders, government officials, and travellers to Songkhla. Even though at present the hotel has ceased operation, its antiquity has followed time. Although it lacks funding and maintenance, it is still one of the valuable buildings of historical heritage of Songkhla that should be preserved for the future.
